Sub-processors
Third parties that help us run Chordize AI, what they do, and where they process data.
1. Notice and objection
We may add, replace, or remove sub-processors from time to time. Where a customer has a written data-processing agreement with us that requires prior notice of sub-processor changes, we will provide that notice by email or through this page. Business customers may object to a new sub-processor as described in their agreement.
2. Current sub-processors
The categories and vendors below are representative. Actual usage may vary by feature, region, and account plan.
2.1 Infrastructure and hosting

Where you enable "Bring Your Own Key" and connect your own AI provider account, that provider becomes an independent controller for your requests to them. Their terms and privacy notice apply directly to you.

3. International transfers
Because several sub-processors are located in the United States, personal information you share with us may be transferred to and processed there. For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland we rely on the safeguards listed in our Privacy Policy, including standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions where applicable, and provider-side data-processing terms.
4. Changes to this list
We keep this list current on a best-effort basis. If a change is material for business customers, we will notify them through the contact address on file at least the number of days required by their written agreement. If you are a business customer and need a formal, versioned sub-processor list attached to a DPA, contact us at support@chordize.com.
