The Chordize AI desktop application ("the Software") includes or dynamically
links against the following third-party open-source components. Each component
is licensed under the terms indicated. Nothing in this file is intended to
modify or override the terms of the underlying license — where in doubt, the
underlying license controls.

Copies of the full license texts are shipped alongside this file where
required, and are also available on request at support@chordize.com.

1. Qt Framework (Qt 6)

Notes:        The Software dynamically links against unmodified Qt libraries.
              You have the following rights under LGPL-3.0:

              (a) You may modify the Qt libraries and re-link the Software
                  against a modified Qt for your own use.

              (b) You may obtain the exact source code of the version of Qt
                  used to build the Software. Chordize AI will supply that
                  source code, at no charge above shipping/media cost, on
                  written request to support@chordize.com. The source is also
                  publicly available at https://code.qt.io/ and at
                  https://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/.

              (c) You may replace the Qt libraries shipped with the Software
                  with a compatible version by placing the replacement DLLs
                  in the installation directory (typically
                  "%ProgramFiles%\Chordize AI" or the per-user equivalent),
                  in accordance with LGPL-3.0 section 4(d)(1).

4. HarfBuzz / FreeType / PCRE2 / libpng / libjpeg-turbo (via Qt)

These libraries may be present in Qt's bundled dependencies depending on the
Qt build used at compile time. Each is distributed under its own permissive
license (MIT, BSD-like, or equivalent). Full attribution texts are shipped in
the Qt source distribution linked in section 1(b) above.

5. Cloudflare Turnstile (browser-side, used only on the website)

This is loaded only on the Chordize AI website, not in the desktop
application. Included here for completeness.

6. Source availability and warranty disclaimers

Source code for the LGPL components (Qt) can be obtained by writing to
Chordize AI Inc. at the address above, or by downloading it directly from
the Qt Project website linked in section 1.

Each third-party component is distributed by its authors "AS IS", without
warranty of any kind, express or implied. See each component's license text
for the exact terms.

Nothing in this file grants any right to Chordize AI's own proprietary
Software beyond the rights expressly granted in the Chordize AI End-User
License Agreement (EULA).
